is a supplemental
to the WTC International
Pass and add more
convenience to the
members that wish
to make reservations
via the Internet.
This internet service
will be an excellent
method of introducing
WTCA members to
the business tourism
packages offered
by the WTCs around
the world. The WTCBT
ONLINE will especially
help the small and
medium sized offices
in industrializing
countries by promoting
their office and
their local tourism
facilities to the
members of WTCA.
It will create a
source of revenue
for the offices
through the ONLINE
advertising and
the booking of services
for visiting members.
ONLINE will be available
to the members 24
hours a day, 7 days
a week.
ONLINE provides following features:
Information about the WTCBT services
Real-time airline, car rental and hotel reservation booking services
Weather information
City or region information
Activities and events that may be of interest to the business traveler
Helpful
links to the members
as well as On-line
information services.
The promotion
of the WTCBT Service
will consist of
providing WTCs with
the tools necessary
to increase their
tourism revenue.
Methods to access
their local tourism
resources and activity
will be provided.
Marketing material
will be developed
that promotes the
WTC and encourages
membership registration
by local tourism
businesses. Programs
to gather information
as to the products
and services promoted
by the WTCs will
be coordinated by
the WTCBT. Finally,
a communication
network to distribute
information to the
members and other
WTCs will be established. |
