began as an effort
to consolidate business

for WTCA members
has grown into a
major international
marketing campaign
to reach out to
the hundreds of
millions of domestic
and international
business travelers.
First off we
needed a marketable
brand name that
was easier to remember
than "WTCBT".
The bizTourism brand
name, along with
some new friends,
the Tourism Trio
(see above), is
already helping
us expand our services
into online travel
services that are
very popular among
U.S. users, and
is helping us launch
similar campaigns
into emerging international
Internet markets
(more than 700 million
Internet users predicted
in 4 years).
We are also enticing
'early adopters'
that our service
is unique in that
it provides "Online
rescue for the last-minute
business traveler".
In keeping
with this unique
selling proposition,
we have focused
on three basic service
concepts: travel
intelligence, low
travel fares, and
full-time access.
Travel Intelligence:
Travel information
specifically tailored
to the needs of
the business traveler,
not just business
news, but cultural
advice, important
services, government
issued travel alerts,
and much more.
Low Fares:

of the 14-day advance
purchase penalty
on certain airlines.
We also have low
rates for many popular
routes between Asia,
Europe, North America,
and South America
as well as preferred
rates at thousands
of major hotels
around the world.
Full-Time
Access: Our
ticketing and reservation
service is available
around the world,
with no time limitations
or vacations to
slow down busy executives.
We even have a 24-hour
'lost ticket' telephone
hotline.
Most of all,
we are offering
our customers access
to more than 300
WTC offices in 100
countries. We promote
the services of
active offices and
make their locations
the centerpiece
of business destinations.
Maps, ATM
locations, restaurants,
whatever valuable
piece of information
our customers obtain
from bizTourism,
they all point towards
World Trade Centers
and the valuable
